Be aware of your feelings today. What do you choose to feel? Maybe you are thinking now that you can’t choose your feelings, as they happen to be there. Realize that feelings are caused by your experiences in the past, something you have thought, learned or done in the past. Today you can make a different choice. Start first with never blaming others how you feel, take responsibility for your own feelings, tell yourself; ‘it is me who choose to feel this way, now i make another choice’. Observe today how you act and react, and this will be your first step to heal and empower yourself to be in control of your life.
