Sometimes words are inadequate or just too difficult. Sometimes expressing self is only possible by reaching out grabbing that hand or fully embracing that person. The touch of hands or embracement is a reminder of our unity. We are not only participating in a universal greeting but acknowledging that we are all one, connected in the game of life. The squeeze of a hand says we care, in that way we say far more than 1000 words can say as we express in that touch our heart. Remember your arms and hands are the extensions of your heart.
