The more we hold on to security, the more we have to lose. Security is mostly a superstition. it does not exist in nature. All seasons have their own beauty, every day has an ending and every morning there is a new beginning. Life is an adventure and there is no point in worrying about the future or regretting the past. There is no point in avoiding exposure to new ways of thinking and acting as there is always change. The more we want to hold on to our old systems, feelings of safety and stubborn mind patterns, the more we have to lose. Life flows and the more we give up our need for security, the more life can unfold it’s beauty and opportunities. There are no losses only abundant new beginnings.
