Today’s Thought

Depression means that you have deepened the pressure on yourself, you ignored your right to release the pressure, but you locked away your tension, frustration, fear, and anger deeply inside of you. Now it feels as if you can’t escape from the prison of fear and pain. Be kind to yourself, look within, listen to your heart, forgive yourself and allow any pain to come forward, no longer holding on to it but transforming it by giving it freedom and space.
