It is so easy to follow your mind, being convinced that you know where it is all about but if you really want to see the truth, start with having no opinion it all. Let nothing disturb your mind but observe in silence. Allow the stillness to reveal the many ways in which you may make up your mind. One by one they tell their own story in which you show your consciousness, acceptance, and surrender. As when you accept one truth there will be no space left for another to exist. But when you choose the silence to be your truth, peace will fill your heart and mind.
