If your conditioned mind oversees your life your heart cannot find peace and shine, it is light. Your mind will continue creating suffering and pain, ignorance, and fear as the consequence of your unconsciousness of the power you are. If you follow the mind, you do not create choice and freedom for yourself but lead you into the illusion of the limited reality you live and think to be true. Allowing the heart to shine happens when you understand that only consciousness of who you are will give you that choice.
