Getting out of a depression or avoiding one, starts with taking your feelings seriously, looking in the mirror and facing your fears. It’s about becoming humble, kind and loving to the person that looks back in the mirror. Start embracing yourself, no longer keeping up appearances and not telling yourself off or taking on all ‘good’ advice of others, just be still, accepting yourself… as you are perfect as you are!
