Today’s Thought

Life will treat you well when you: expand your mind, train your body and surround yourself with people you like. Breath and choose to do work that you love, take care of yourself, don’t eat and drink too much but enjoy whatever you choose to feed your body with, relax and take time to rest. Accept what is given and always reach out from your heart being sure that your world will reflect your wisdom.
