Today’s Thought

You appreciate the things you have most when you are about to lose them. Your health, your relationships and all the things you have… it’s easy to take them for granted as long as everything goes well and remains in your life. The greatest achievement when you experience loss is to focus on what it has brought, feeling grateful for the time it has been in your life. Wherever your attention is, it will manifest again in your thoughts. Whatever you are able to see, you may create again. Happiness and joy are not found in the outside world but come from the inside out. Concentrate on the silence of your heart in which there is no judgment, and you will fill your mind with peaceful thoughts, creating new beginnings which are made possible through all the things you have experienced before.
