Don’t think that you know other people’s story as you only know your own interpretation of it. There is no compassion in pity or respect in love when you don’t treat people equally as yourself, recognizing their power. You can only ‘help’ them when you point to their strength not their weakness, accept their own solutions not telling them what to do, activating their creative process in giving them tools and no answers.
