
Suffering begins when you label a situation. Today decide to refrain from labelling any experience as good, bad or painful. Do not make it your personal experience as when the ‘I ‘ comes in with emotions and feelings resentment comes up. Watch what happens when you bring inner acceptance, letting everything be as it is. Naming and labelling are habitual, but it is your decision to do so or to stop it. Keep in mind that you are the choice-maker, which means that you are far more than any decision you have made or even will make.
