Meridian Energy Therapies (Emotional Freedom Techniques/EFT) works directly on the meridian system in the body, like acupuncture but instead of needles you learn to stimulate the major meridian points by tapping on them or massaging them lightly. EFT combines physical effects of meridian treatments with the mental effects of focusing on the pain or problem at the same time. EFT is designed and developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer from Dr. Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy or TFT.
